High Down Schools win the Viridor Cup and South West in Bloom Art Competition
As a result of their on-going commitment to supporting the environment and recycling work, High Down Schools have been awarded the Viridor Cup from Portishead in Bloom for the best school composting initiative.
Judges were sent to High Down in the summer term to meet with staff and children to look at the work being carried out across the schools.
Also, in the South West in Bloom Art Competition, Florrie, age 8, won the 7-11 age group for the whole of the South West region.
