Churchill Academy and Sixth Form join the Trust
We are delighted to announce that Churchill Academy and Sixth Form officially joined our Trust as of April 1, 2023, increasing the total number of schools within the Trust to 30.
Located in a beautiful rural setting, Churchill Academy and Sixth Form maintain the highest standards of behaviour within a supportive and inclusive culture that values and celebrates personal enrichment and creativity alongside academic achievement.
Headteacher Chris Hildrew said: "We are delighted to be joining the Lighthouse Schools Partnership. We have already seen the benefits that closer collaboration with our colleagues across the Trust can bring, and we look forward to being part of the exciting future of the partnership."
Extending a warm welcome, Chief Executive Gary Lewis, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Churchill Academy and Sixth Form to our Trust. Churchill’s focus on quality of teaching and whole person education are priorities that we share. We know that Churchill will make a big contribution and partnership with them has already energised the development work across our secondary schools. We look forward to the journey of improvements and opportunities for the young people and staff at the academy.”
