Portishead teacher runs London Marathon for local charity close to the school's heart
Congratulations to Portishead School's EYFS Leader, Sam Blackmore-Squires, who completed the London Marathon and raised money for The Benjamin Pritchard Foundation.
Headteacher, Richard Riordan, said: "Ben, a former pupil at Portishead School, sadly passed away, and his family continue to raise money to support other families.
"We are so proud of Sam for the amazing determination she has shown, having had to complete the 26.2 miles virtually when the Marathon was cancelled due to the pandemic earlier in the year".
